I have had multiple people ask me in the past after quitting a vegan diet last year after eating this way for almost 6 years, how did I manage to last this long on the vegan diet? The people that tend to ask me this question are people who use to eat a vegan diet just like myself but for a much shorter period of time normally ranging from 1-2 years max before they quit due to the vegan diet destroying their health just like it did to mine as well.
