Assassins Creed 3 Sequence 3 Fort Walk through Full Sync

Here's my first successful run through this Fort level in Sequence 3, was a little tricky since getting Full Sync required a lot of movement and no killing. I hope the path i take can help those that like me had some trouble. REMEMBER that they only recognize you if they come right up to you or they notice you doing some assassin stuff =P
