Is a Hot and Fast Brisket on the Pit Barrel Cooker Really any Good ?

Today we are testing to see if a hot fast brisket cook is really any good. My normal brisket cooks are low and slow at 225 to 250 for 10-15 hours. Today we are going to try to cook the brisket closer to 400 and see the results in 4-5 hours. We will be using KosmoQ products since he has produced a few videos about hot and fast briskets.
