It is what it is. Not terrible for a lower displacement V6. This engine family had already been around for a while even back in 2006. Solid engines that can easily put out 300k so this one is just breaking in. One great thing is that this is a non-interference engine, meaning if the timing belt ever snaps due to lack of replacing it within the required mileage / time or if it was installed incorrectly, you will not lose your engine or in other words, self destruct. The 5 speed automatic shifts like it belongs in an old Buick, it was one of the few vans in 06 that had a 5 speed, most still made due with 4 speeds. The Sienna is pretty much a reliable appliance. It is the reliable & comfortable people mover of choice if you care about longevity.
