Normally, the announcement happens in the third week of September, but this year no declaration has been made yet. Festival Bonus: Every year before Durga Puja and Diwali, the government announces the Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) and Ad-hoc Bonus. But till now, there has been no declaration this year. This delay has created huge anxiety among millions of serving employees and pensioners, as the festival season is fast approaching. One of the biggest issues is the 18 months of Dearness Allowance During the crisis, the government stopped DA hikes from January 2020 to June 2021. This letter was based on the petition of a soldier, Harendra Kumar Yadav, from village Badalpur, who raised several long-pending issues of soldiers.
