INGREDIENTS 2 cups of Kodiak Pancake/Waffle Mix 1 large egg 1/4 cup of sugar (I used Splenda Magic Baker) 2 ripe bananas (approx 209g) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 1 cup of milk (I used Fairlife Fat Free) 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (I used the Lily’s brand) Nonstick cooking spray Bake in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for approx 22 minutes.
