By default, addons don’t work in Versus mode. To make them work on your local server: 1) Go to “...\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\” 2) Open the file "addonconfig.cfg" 3) Find the “versus” line under the “RestrictAddons” section and change its value from 1 to 0 4) Save and close the file If you don’t know how to set up a local server, check out my listenserver.cfg (it contains all the necessary console commands with descriptions): https://hstop.media/go/listenserver or just download it and drop it into this folder “...\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\” IMPORTANT: Make sure your key binds are safe! The listenserver.cfg could mess up your in-game settings. To keep your settings and binds safe, save them in the "autoexec.cfg" file in the same folder. After that, launch a local server in Versus mode (so you can practice bunnyhopping as Survivors and Infected).
