The X-Men’s Deadliest Training Exercise: Hulk vs. Colossus

Comic: X-Men Vs. Hulk #1 In the Adirondack Mountains of New York State, X-Men Wolverine, Storm, and Nightcrawler meet. Logan is planning a training exercise for Colossus that would pit him against Hulk. Ororo and Kurt don’t like the idea, but Logan is set on his plan, which he has already put into motion. Colossus is on a nature hike through the mountains, enjoying it greatly when he encounters Kitty Pryde with Lockheed. Everything gets even better until Hulk comes crashing down upon them, and chaos ensues. Colossus’s reaction is immediate and instinctive, as he moves forward and punches Hulk in the face, believing this to be an unprovoked attack by a creature he knows only as a monster. Unfortunately, Hulk only gets angrier. Hulk roars and clenches his fists. “This is not good. All I’ve done is make him angry!” Piotr realizes.
