Matar wali Puri Ingredients For Dough • Wheat flour (Atta) – 2 cups • Semolina (Suji) – 2 tbsp • Salt – 1 tsp • Oil – 1–2 tbsp • Water – as needed (like soft roti dough) 👉 Knead soft dough, apply little oil and rest for 15 minutes ⸻ For Matar Masala Filling • Green peas (Matar) – 1 cup • Ginger – 1 inch • Green chilli – 1 • Oil – as required • Hing (asafoetida) – a pinch • Jeera (cumin seeds) – ½ tsp • Coriander powder – as needed • Salt – to taste • Garam masala – a pinch • Besan – 2 tbsp • Fresh coriander leaves – chopped ⸻ Method 1. Prepare Dough • Mix atta, suji, salt and oil. • Add water gradually and knead soft dough. • Rest for 15 minutes. 2. Prepare Matar Filling • Grind ginger, green chilli and matar into a coarse paste (do not add water). • Heat oil in a pan. • Add hing , sauf and jeera • Add the ground matar paste and salt. • Add coriander powder & garam masala. • Cook till mixture becomes soft and mushy. • Add besan and mix well. • Finish with chopped coriander leaves. • Let filling cool completely. 3.
