Berkeley High School Decade 80's Class Reunion

The Berkeley High School alumni committee would like all Berkeley Bulldogs who graduated in the 80′s to represent your class at the Ferguson -Florissant School District first of it's kind Berkeley High School 80′s Decade Class Reunion. According to alumni spokesperson Andreas Goree , the weekend promises to be a big one . "High school is often called the greatest time of your life. High school is full of fun activities like sports dances, dating and learning to drive. But high school is over quickly, and you're out in the world full of responsibilities. Class reunions are a great way to relive the high points of your teenage years and reconnect with old friends," said Goree. Gorre also says at the reunion graduates will rekindling old friendship and since they have graduated from high school, they probably have lost touch with a lot of their old friends. The committee says the reunion is a perfect way to rekindle those old friendships and check how your friends' lives have been progressing. Have they married, landed dream jobs, had children, bought their own house? Maybe they know people who aren't attending the reunion that you'd like to hear about, " said Goree. Organizers of the event say your class reunion will help reunite you with people you'd like to see again. It's important that alumni have a chance to revisit old memories .High school is a time of many great--or not-so-great--memories. At a reunion you can reminisce about the sports, the dances and Berkeley alumni says that's what you can expect to see at the historic 80′s decade reunion. Berkeley High School was apart of the Ferguson -Florissant School District.. Berkeley High School closed it's doors in 2004 due to expansion of Lambert-St. Louis Airport in January 2004. Berkeley High School relocated to Ferguson, Missouri and is now called McCluer South-Berkeley High School . Goree says now is the time that the 80′s Berkeley graduates reunite for a weekend of fun and history. By going to a class reunion, the alum has the ability to return to the school. Often times, alum move away from where they went to high school. A class reunion is not only a way to reunite with old classmates but with other friends and family in the city you graduated. Going to a class reunion gives an alum the ability to show off pictures of her family along with bragging about her career and accomplishments. Alumni say rumor has it that Berkeley graduates never forget how to have a great time together. Berkeley Highs School Decade Reunion Events Friday ,June 7- Sunday June 9, 2013: Friday ,June 7 Social Hour/Meet & Greet Starting at 6pm at McCluer South- Berkeley High School 201 Brotherton Lane Ferguson, Missouri 63135 This event will be the kick off and the the first part of the weekend where you can reunite, reconnect, and reminisce with fellow alumni from the graduation classes of 1980 -- 1989. Alumni Prayer Breakfast Saturday -- June 8, 2013 Starting at 10:30am Renassaince Hotel Penthouse Ballroom 9801 Natural Bridge St Louis, Mo 63134 The prayer breakfast will be an opportunity to pray and worship with fellow alumni. The Blue and White Banquet Saturday -- June 8, 2013 Starting at 6:00pm Renaissance Hotel -- Airport 9801 Natural Bridge St. Louis, Missouri 63134 The Blue & White banquet will truly be a time to enjoy some great presentations for both alumni and also teachers. Some of Berkeley's favorite teachers will be present to celebrate in this event . There will also be dinner and dancing from 6:00 -- 8:00pm. The attire for the event is "cocktail dress and dinner jacket".
