Russian Winter Swimming Championships-Tyumen-breaking the Ice .. Dec 16th 2012

9.30am watching as the organisers tried to break the ice to reveal our pool-the ice was so thick from over night temps. The wind blew the flags.. A few words from Ryan, Kieron and Noel. This was the coldest temps I was ever in. The day started at -24 and finished at -33. The most exhilarating experience ever.. Loved the trip to Siberia and thanks to all the clubs and the winter swimming group in Tyumen for making us so welcome.
