Seven Seas Of Rhye (Queen - Live in London: 3/31/1974) (Live at the Rainbow '74)

This is the second upload on this channel! This is the officially released March show at the Rainbow Theatre, which was featured on Live at the Rainbow ‘74 City: London, England Venue: Rainbow Theatre Setlist: 1. “Procession” 2. “Father To Son” 3. “Ogre Battle” 4. “Son And Daughter” 5. “White Queen” 6. “Great King Rat” 7. “The Fairy Feller’s Master-Stroke” 8. “Keep Yourself Alive” 9. “Seven Seas Of Rhye” 10. “Modern Times Rock ‘N’ Roll” 11. “Jailhouse Rock” 12. “Liar” Encore 13. “Big Spender” 14. “Bama Lama Bama Loo” Encore 15. “See What A Fool I’ve Been” This show was Queen’s first big concert as a headlining act. As mentioned above, it was released on Live at the Rainbow ‘74, but has also been bootlegged countless times. Queen are now starting to join the circle of large bands that they had aimed to be in. Freddie is now much more confident on stage (although he always has been), and the band put on an excellent show, with two encores. The following songs are heard for the first time on recording: “White Queen”, “Great King Rat”, “The Fairy Feller’s Master-Stroke”, “Seven Seas Of Rhye” and “Modern Times Rock ‘N’ Roll” “White Queen” and “Seven Seas Of Rhye” would be dropped for the pending North American Leg of the Queen II Tour, and “The Fairy Feller’s Master-Stroke” would never be heard again live. Brian breaks a string during Liar and switches to his Fender Stratocaster. The guitar evidently has a different sound to his beloved Red Special. “Son And Daughter” (including its 'Guitar Solo' interlude) and “Modern Times Rock ‘N’ Roll” were filmed tonight, the earliest known footage of a Queen concert. Enjoy! Note: As this is an official release, there are several overdubs that are evident throughout the show. This is NOT raw audio. Please also note that Big Spender and Bama Lama Bama Loo aren't included in this release.
