On November 21st, he did his first so-called "the death heart donor's organ surgery." He said that he expects within one or two years, organ transplants in China will no longer rely on executed criminals. At the beginning of next year, China will launch a national organ donation distribution and sharing system. Medical experts say that in recent years, the quantity of China's organ transplant surgeries increased dramatically, and there are far less available organs from executed criminals. Huang Jiefu's words verified that there is, in fact, an organ donor pool in China, in which many living organs are available, awaiting patients. In response to doubts from various walks of life regarding the origin of China's organs used for transplant surgery, Huang Jiefu said that in two and half years, from March 2010 to Sept. 30 2012, China Ministry of Health launched 38 human organ donation pilot points together with the Red Cross Society. In total, they received 465 bodies and 1279 organs, he claimed. Within 2 years, China will no longer rely on executed criminals, but will use donated organs for transplant surgery. However, the China's Organ Transplant Net reported in August 2009 that the Shanghai National Human Organ Donation Working Conference announced that in total, China has performed 86,800 kidney transplants, 14,643 liver transplants, 717 heart transplants and 192 lung and small intestine transplants. The total number of transplants is 102,551. The China News Agency has also reported that on average, Mainland China has more than 10,000 organ transplant surgeries every year. Regarding the success rate of the surgery, Charles Li, a medical Ph.D. in the U.S., says there probably were at least 5 to 10 times the amount of organ donors that the CCP claimed for 10,000 organ transplant surgeries. He said that if the reported number of 465 donors is true, then in addition to the quantity of executed criminals, the total number is far less than the number of organ transplantations in China. Furthermore, questions are raised regarding whether those donors are healthy to donate, and whether the donors died at the right time to match the patients with the organs. Charles Li: "In Mainland China, the CCP isn't taking care of people's lives. It's money oriented, so it will have poor control of the quality of the surgery. Because the quality is bad, there's a higher rejection rate. Then it needs more donor organs." As early as 2007, Huang Jiefu had said China's organ transplantations used the organs from executed criminals. Charles Li: "The purpose of these words is to avoid and escape their crimes of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. The claim that they have now launched a voluntary organ supply pilot is the same tactic. No matter what they did, they are trying to hide. But it's easy for people to see that it's a lie." It's understood that when Huang Jiefu was in Xinjiang in September 2005, he did a liver transplant surgery. One day was spent searching for a proper donor liver. Two livers were shipped to Xinjiang, one from Chongqing, the other from Guangzhou. Outsiders analyzed that before November 2005, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) only admitted that transplant organs were from relatives or traffic fatalities. It said that when Huang Jiefu needed the liver in Xinjiang, fatal traffic accidents took place in both Chongqing and Guangzhou. The deaths produced the exact same size livers as the Xinjiang patient needed. Their livers weren't damaged during the accidents and matched the needs. Also, both of the donors are different from normal Chinese, who don't like to donate their body after death. Furthermore, both of their families didn't oppose the donation. Charles Li: "At that time, when he finished the whole process, he was very proud of it. Actually the two livers are quite possibly from Falun Gong practitioners or other dissidents. They were detained in secret places. That's the reason why Huang found two available livers within several hours." Currently, many countries have begun to pay attention to the CCP's live organ harvest from Falun Gong practitioners. Charles Li analyzed that Huang Jiefu wants to use "voluntary organ donation" to hide the living organ pool. He said that as the official of Ministry of Health and head of China organ transplantation, Huang Jiefu's actions represent the CCP's policy and political power, and it shows the world how evil the CCP is. 《神韵》2011世界巡演新亮点 http://www.ShenYunPerformingArts.org/
