Berry Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe: (from Doctor Greger's How Not to Die Cook Book) 1 1/2 cup almond milk 2 tablespoons almond butter 1/2 avocado 3 tablespoons cacao powder 1 1/4 cup frozen berries 1/2 cup date paste 1/3 cup chia seeds Blend all the ingredients, except for the chia seeds, together until smooth. Mix the berry chocolate mixture with the chia seeds and pour everything into an airtight container and place it in the fridge to set for about 4-8 hours or overnight. Chocolate Zoats Recipe: 1 - 1.5 cuts liquid (water or non-dairy milk) 1/2 cup shredded and chopped zucchini 1/2 cup oats 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon cacao powder 1 ripe mashed banana Combine the liquid and shredded zucchini together in a sauce pan and bring everything to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and mix in the oatmeal, ground flaxseed, chia seed and cacao powder until combined. Add in the mashed banana and continue to mix and cook until the oats have thickened to your desired consistency. Pour the zoats into a bowl and top with whatever toppings you like!
