A song for a lonely winter. (Apricity)

Apricity, meaning the warmth the song gives in the winter, describes this song closely, but such warmth might be moreso described as light rather than warmth, possibly a touch of cold. Winters, for many, have varied from stays with the family to nights alone. While this piece is directed to loneliness, it also underlines the nostalgic and euphoric feelings of thinking about the past and comparing to where one is at the moment. This is my second full piano composition (4th counting others), and I might be looking forward to expanding this specific piece and adding a violin, for example.
