Mass for the Second Sunday in Ordinary Time at the Border Town Parishes (January 18, 2025)

MASS FOR THE SECOND SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME AT THE BORDER TOWN PARISHES (JANUARY 18, 2026) Fr. Pete Jankowski offers this Liturgy on location at St. Patrick's Catholic Church (Momence, IL) on behalf of the parishioners of St. Patrick's Church (Momence) and the National Shrine of St. Anne (St. Anne) who are not able to attend services. Everyone is invited to our indoor liturgies at the border town parishes (we have plenty of room)! This year, our gospel readings for Ordinary Time normally focus on the text from Matthew, a gospel which sets the parameters by which we are called to live. Today’s gospel focuses on these parameters by which we need to live in order to allow God to carry us to heaven. To view Fr. Pete’s twelve-part series “Stories on the Journey” (from Shalom World TV) or to purchase Fr. Pete’s homily series of the same name, feel free to visit www.stpatrickmomence.org.
