PMP-Initiating Process Group

Description: Initiating Process Group is the methodology used in Project Management to authorize the existence of a project and provide the Project Manager the authority to apply organizational resources to project activities and it’s documented in a “Project Charter.” It also documents the identification the people, groups or organization that could impact or be impacted by outcome of the project, and it’s documented in a “Stakeholder Register.”
