The Arguments AGAINST God's Existence Tier List

Inspired by the work of Genetically Modified Skeptic -    • The Arguments for God's Existence Tier List   , I made this response video. I think most of this video is fairly straight-forward and unoriginal. The section about magic has some decent thoughts I think, and the section about social constructs, while straight-forward, seems to never be mentioned enough. That's one reason I posted a mathematical proof demonstrating moral relativism is contradictory: https://theboombody.blogspot.com/2024... I wanted to put more about Occam's Razor in the video. Particularly how the Ptolemy epicycle model of the solar system is simplified by the Newtonian elliptical orbit model, but then made more complex again by Einstein's General Relativity model. So Occam's Razor isn't always 100% correct, but it's a good thing to side with when you have nothing to go on. Also my lead paint slide wasn't the best example of the dangers of unchecked progress. A better example would be John Anderson's hit country song, "Seminole Wind."    • Seminole Wind   I do wonder how a secularist would feel about the religious stories of the Native Americans and the relation of those stories to technological progress. I probably could have better addressed the morality without God argument as well. I don't think atheists in particular desire to sin. The problem is when ALL of humanity wants to sin, how can atheism actively fight against it? It would obviously take something greater than humanity. Here's a list of some of the STEM topics the video references as well, since most of the atheistic community at least pretends to like that kind of stuff: Arrow's Impossibility Theorem, the Collatz Conjecture, the Riemann Hypothesis, Skewes' Number, Godel's Incompleteness Theorems, the Halting Problem, Carl Sagan, Oliver Heaviside, Alfred Nobel, Charles Babbage, Edward Jenner (inventor of Smallpox vaccine), George Washinton Carver, LC Circuits, Isaac Newton, Johannes Kepler, Michael Faraday, Gregor Mendel, electrostatics, optics, Arthur C. Clarke, the Seaborg Technique, Maxwell's Equations, special relativity, the double-slit experiment, undefined function values, superposition, the circumference of an ellipse 0:00 Called 0:38 Criteria 2:33 Rationality 3:28 No Proof (Grade F) 4:43 Mean (Grade F) 5:45 Dumb Only (Grade F) 7:24 Pending Replacement (Grade D) 8:33 Delayed Progress (Grade D) 10:17 Personal (Grade D) 10:50 Socially Constructed (Grade C) 13:13 Not Scientific (Grade C) 14:38 Variety (Grade C) 14:58 Scam (Grade B) 15:16 Moral Without It (Grade B) 15:33 Origin (Grade B) 16:14 Magic (Grade B) 20:20 Omnipotence (Grade A) 22:20 Meaning (Grade A) 23:06 Evidence (Grade A) 26:57 Conclusion Of The Matter
