BROTHERHOOD of the WOLF is one of those movies that, if you haven't seen it, you really should. "Oh, I should, should I? What's its genre?" Well, it's a colonial-era, French-subtitled, horror/suspense, mystery, action, kung-fu movie that's based on true events...it's got a lot going on. I saw it in the theater. I tolerated the effeminate French noises while struggling to simultaneously read the subtitles and keep up with all the action & plot. And you know what? It was so worth it. In this video, I keep it mostly spoiler-free as I do my best to convince you why you need to watch a French movie. Uphill battle, I know. Let's see if I manage to pull it off!
