US spy agency CIA's Chief has blamed China for economic and political crisis in Sri Lanka. Bill Burns said that Sri Lanka's 'dumb bets' on China let to its complete collapse. He further added that Lanka should be treated as warning for all other nations to now fall in the dragon debt trap.
