But in the process, he accidentally kills a number of innocent people. Lara is crushed by the sin she has committed and blames herself for it. Instead of Lara trying to survive, the theme of the game will revolve around her mistakes and the consequences she faces. Trinity once again plays a role in the game's story, and Lara has sworn to get revenge on the organization for what they did to her father.
