What's that all about? Let's go find out. Make your way to the back alley where the explosion was, and notice it looks like there's another smoke Conduit around. Time to take some pictures for Reggie. Snap one of the guard on the ground, then more DUP agents will show up. Fight them all off quickly, then check out a helmet lying on the ground. Looks like Hank, the guy who gave you powers in the beginning is still kicking. Clear the area again, then go down a smaller alley to take another picture, this time of files on the ground proving that Hank is still alive. Fetch gets in touch with you letting you know she has visual confirmation of Hank rampaging downtown. Meet up with Fetch on the top of a building, and she'll tell you to go catch Hank. Time to chase Hank. Make your way to where he currently is, on top of a building. As soon as you get up there, Hank jets. Time to go chase after him now. He cuts across the plaza to the roof of a brick building. Get up there, and Hank will once again take off. Keep going after him, you can largely ignore any DUP forces, as you won't be sticking in any one area for too long. You'll catch up to Hank after a few rooftops, but he'll run away again. Reggie has a lock on his location though, so make it to the Lantern District. Once you find Hank in the market, he'll dash quickly into a vent. Follow after him now. When he dashes into vents, there's this smokey mist that lingers around, so if you lose sight of him, try to find the shiny air vent. Chase after Hank all over the small island until you finally catch up to his ambush. After talking to him, he seems interested in helping you take down Augustine, but on his own terms. Sweet!
