Chairman Royce speaks in support of his food aid reform amendment to the farm bill
Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA) speaks in support of the amendment that he and Ranking Member Eliot Engel(D-NY) offered to the farm bill. The amendment would reform U.S. international food aid to feed more people, more quickly at a lower cost.
