In today's video I'm recreating my favourite fast foods at home that are not only HEALTHIER AND LESS CALORIES.....BUT BETTER! I recreate dishes from McDonald's, Popeyes and show you the best 2 ingredient pizza dough you'll ever have in your life. Hope you enjoy the video! Thank you for watching :) HOMEMADE TORTILLA RECIPE (Josh Weissman) 2 Cups All Purpose Flour 1 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder 3/4 Cup Hot Water 1/4 Oil (I use vegetable oil OR almond oil) *Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and whisk until well combined Slowly mix in your hot water and oil and combine until it starts to turn into a dough Pour your dough onto the counter and begin to knead for around 5 minutes Cover your dough ball in plastic wrap and let sit for 1 hour Roll your tortillas into your desired sizes (should make around 6-8) Have your pan pre heating on medium high heat WITHOUT any oil Place your tortilla onto the pan and let cook until it begins to bubble (this should take 30-45 seconds) Flip tortillas and let cook for an additional 30-45 seconds then put on a plate with a towel or paper towel Use these tortillas to fill with egg whites, low calorie sausage (remove from casing), low fat cheese and vegetables of choice! Enjoy! “POPEYES” CHICKEN SANDWICH The Chicken 2 x 8oz Chicken Breast 1 Cup buttermilk 1 Teaspoon Paprika 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Pepper Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag and let chicken marinade overnight or at least 8 hours Chicken Dredge mixture 1 Cup All Purpose Flour 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika Once your chicken is done marinating in buttermilk mixture, evenly coat your chicken in the flour mixture Place in your air fryer for 25 minutes @ 390 degrees (make sure to spray the top with some non stick spray) Check at the halfway mark. Flip the chicken and spray again with some non stick spray The Cajun Sauce 1/4 Cup Light Mayo 1/4 Cup 0% Greek Yogurt 1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce 1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder Mix all ingredients in a bowl and ready to serve EASY 2 INGREDIENT PIZZA DOUGH 1.5 Cups Self Rising Flour 1 Cup 0% Greek Yogurt Salt to taste Combine all ingredients until it forms into a dough Roll into a ball and cover with plastic wrap Let dough sit for 15 minutes After dough has sat, get a pan with parchment paper (spray with non stick spray) Spread your dough out onto pan (make sure to have a little bowl with water to dip your fingers to prevent any sticking) Place your toppings on the pizza dough Bake for 25 minutes @ 450 degrees Lower Calorie Tomato Sauce 1/2 Cup Strained Tomatoes 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Fresh or Dried Basil 1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Chilli Flake (Optional) Combine all ingredients and use as your pizza sauce!
