And honestly, I’d probably go there again and again! These 15 minutes capture the raw creativity and hypnotic power of Prince, his band, and his musical friends like almost nothing else. What you're watching is a rare gem: an unauthorized fan-shot video combined with the officially released soundboard audio. Back when I was a student, I spent an entire weekend syncing both sources by hand. I wasn’t fully happy with my original edit – so now, years later, I’ve returned to it and polished it up. Yes, the video starts off shaky – but stick with it. Soon, the magic takes over, and watching Prince and the band conjure this sound becomes something you can’t look away from.
