Great Smoky Mountains Driving Trails || Cades Cove•Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail

Visiting the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is an amazing experience, but not everyone can hike miles into the backcountry to experience the park. The Smoky Mountains have several driving trails that allow visitors to experience the best the park has to offer. The most popular, the Cades Cove loop trail, features preserved homesteads of the original Appalachian settlers and offers countless wildlife sightings including bear, deer, and turkeys. The other main driving trail, the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, is easily accessed from downtown Gatlinburg and showcases amazing views of the mountains as well as downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Several trails begin here as well including the Rainbow Falls trail, the Trillium Gap trail, and an easy hike to Grotto Falls where the trail goes right behind the waterfall. Join us as we show you around the most visited national park in the U.S., the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. #cadescove #smokymountains #gatlinburg
