Turkey Targets ISIS And Plans Refugee Buffer Zone

Turkey announced that they intend to invade Syria to combat ISIS and prevent Kurdish fighters from reaching the Turkish boarder. While Turkish troops would be sent to Syria, a buffer zone for refugees would be created in northern Syria under the protection of international forces. Currently Turkey is home to two million refugees, making it the largest of any country. Margaret J.
