SOUNDBITE (English) Vitali Klitschko, Mayor of Kyiv (on a message to business leaders still operating in Ukraine): "Every dollar, every cent what you send to the Russian is blood money, because this money the Russians government doesn’t invest to the economy, to society, they invest in the war and that's why (you must) stop trade with Russia. Klitschko leaving venue STORYLINE: The mayor of Ukraine's capital Kyiv called for more support, including anti-rocket systems to protect from Russian missile strikes, as he arrived for the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos on Monday. Vitali Klitschko acknowledged Western support for his country but said it was “not enough” and warned "discussions take too long." He said an attack at the weekend on a Dnipro apartment building destroyed by a Russian missile in which at least 40 people died amounted to "terrorism" and "genocide." Davos will host 52 heads of state and governments and nearly 600 high-ranking business people at the annual meeting in the Swiss Alps. The elite gathering of political leaders, business executives, cultural trend-setters and international organisation chiefs will tackle issues facing a divided world as 2023 begins with war and conflict and economic pressures. Klitschko warned businesses that still operate in Russia that "every dollar, every cent" sent to Russia is "bloody money."
