Russia's ministry of defence has increased the official death toll in the Makiivka missile attack to 89 servicemen. The ministry also blamed the unauthorised use of mobile phones by the troops for the incidents. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Armed Forces said around 500 Russian troops were either killed or wounded in a hit near Chulakivka.
