Flat Hops work best with "S" Hopped barrels, but also get great results with "R" Hopped barrels as well ("S" Hop is my personal preference) "S" Hopping your inner barrel is a guaranteed way to increase your airsoft gun's range, as well as tighten up shot groupings, resulting in more consistent shots.
