After 48 years, this D18 has playwear, dings on the top, light weather checking, a scratch on the side, and a lacquer chip with a little bit of buckle rash on the back of the body. And in this case, that's a good sign! It means that this guitar has been used a lot over the years and is now well played in. With the volume of the dreadnought body, it offers a nice balanced sound where not the low end, but the clear highs and the punchy mids play the leading role.
