Lack of power, Hesitation & Engine Surging No codes and no warning lights VW 1.6tdi

I am slowly building a website, check it out here - https://speed-tweaks.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This 2011 Touran with the 1.6 CAYC engine came in with customer complaint of a lack of power (only marginally) an engine hesitation and surging at cruising speeds. This is how I would go about a quick preliminary diagnosis. The customer gets no dashboard warnings and there is no codes in any systems. But live data really helps narrow things down very quickly, now while they all have their different abilities I like to use the Autel due to its graph merging capabilities which made the fault apparent in minutes.
