New Super Mario Bros. Wii - PUCK Challenge (World 1)

PUCK = No Power-Ups, Coins & Kills Challenge Welcome to my New Super Mario Bros. Wii challenge, where I attempt to complete the game while collecting as few coins, killing as few enemies, and using no power-ups as possible. For more information, see the rules below please. RULES Complete each stage while collecting as few coins as possible. Complete each stage without jumping on - or killing - any enemies (except boss fights). Complete each stage without using power-ups or assist items. 1 Player only Notes: Star coins are considered 'coins' Enemies disappearing upon touching the goal pole are not kills. Although playing on a 100%ed file, one must pretend it's a fresh file. (Read more: https://pastebin.com/FS6A7EBQ) Each level run is done individually. Anything happening in-between levels does NOT count towards the challenge. END RULES Here are some notes about each level played: World 1-1: Fairly easy, although the jump at 0:38 can be tricky. World 1-2: You have to spin exactly after you exit the first pipe to avoid the coin(s). Aside from that the level isn't too bad. World 1-3: Easy. World 1-Tower: My favorite stage so far. Had to use a couple of ground pounding tricks here and there. The last jump (to the door) was the hardest as it's very precise. World 1-4: Water level. Easy if you take your time. Map Boss: The Goomba hit me twice. Luckily I didn't get hit when travelling to 1-5. World 1-5: Some tight jumps here and there, but not hard. World 1-6: Thank goodness you can triple jump or that first jump would've been very hard. World 1-Castle: Simple. Had to stop at the 2nd Thwomp however, as jumping there causes Mario to hit a hidden block with a coin inside. Attempts are streamed live on my YouTube channel.
