50mm f1.4 Lenses - DON'T PAY TOO MUCH! Identical Shot Group Test.

Looking for a vintage 50mm f1.4 lens? Now is not the time to waste money, so check out this identical shot group test to find the best! There are four lenses on test today - the Nikon Nikkor 50mm f1.4, the Canon FD 50mm f1.4, the Olympus Zuiko 50mm f1.4 (black nose version) and the Konica Hexanon 57mm f1.4. These are all big name lenses from major manufacturers, but which will come out on top? Which gives the nicest background blur, the best colour and contrast, the least optical flaws? The results of this test were surprising, to say the least. One of these lenses was my personal favourite for many years, but in light of this identical shot test I have revised that opinion!
