Gender and disability intersectionality – the double whammy!
On 7 March 2017, Xplore for Success launched Diana Ryall’s AM latest book 'Inclusionary Leadership: Wisdom from 18 Australian leaders on what it takes to create and support a diverse and inclusive workplace' in Sydney. The panellists included Dale Connor, Managing Director, Building Lendlease; Fiona de Jong, Former CEO, Australian Olympic Committee; Huseyin Mustafa OAM, General Manager, Multicultural Community Banking Australia CBA; Steve Vamos, Non-Executive Director, Telstra & Fletcher Building; and Mariam Veiszadeh, Diversity and Inclusion Practitioner, Advocate and Social Commentator. Facilitated by Xplore's General Manager, Amanda Webb, before an audience of more than 100 people, these inspirational leaders shared stories from their own experiences on what it takes to create and support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
