South Korea has reportedly started sending hundreds of thousands of artillery shells to Ukraine, according to a Wall Street Journal report. As per the confidential agreement, South Korea is handing over the shells to the US, which in turn has arranged for them to be shipped to Ukraine. Meanwhile, The defence ministers of Russia and Belarus signed a document on the deployment of Russian tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus.
