This is hard core, avant garde real world First Amendment skunk from a former reporter/editor, former AAG & practicing Civil Rights lawyer who began shooting video of his own trials back in 1996. Everybody can do it, bloggers are gaining strength in our position as legitimate members of the Fourth Estate. In fact, were often more legitimate than the major media and we can afford the time to pay attention to the details.
