Members of a Homeland Security advisory council testify Wednesday, July 17, before the Senate Homeland Security committee on the surge in migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border. Members of the Customs and Border Protection Families and Children Care Panel are being asked to provide bipartisan policy recommendations to address the large number of families coming across the Southern Border.
