Morning Prayer with Carols - December 28th, 2025 (The First Sunday in Christmastide)

Full service of morning prayer and carols for the First Sunday in Christmastide, December 28th, 2025. Marsha Mackey officiated. Yanna Huls read the lessons. Before the weekly celebration of the Eucharist became normative in the latter part of the last century, Morning Prayer with hymns was commonplace on Sunday mornings. even when clergy were present to preside. We combine this with the rich tradition of holiday Lessons and Carols, most famously the service broadcast live every Christmas Eve from King's College Chapel at Cambridge University.
