There are many blunders which can lead to skin destruction. So one major thing will be the cosmetics to be used. Always take care in what you select. Do not go by the advertisements or your friends request or anybody else’s suggestion. So what suits you is the best. Maybe the most expensive cosmetic product in the market but may not suit you. So if something suits you, I think you need to stick to that. So that is one. The other one is rule for the skin is if it is an oily skin, please keep washing repeatedly, probably something to dry the skin but not overly dry again. Also if it is dry skin, keep it moisturising it. So extreme illness can cause seborrhoea, that is a dandruff kind off a thing and acne, pimples. But extreme dryness over a period of time can lead to dryness and allergic reactions. So this is the second is care. The third is be careful when you visit parlours for any skin acre, like pedicure or manicure, overzealously doing any pedicure or manicure can lead to toe nail infections and doing facials with any of these creams or anything which do not suit you can lead to probably an allergic reaction or probably an acne breakout or anything, and diet. Diet is the most important ingredient for skin. So probably you need to have a healthy nutrition, cut down on oily foods, cut down on nuts which can cause acne, maybe too many sweets or chocolates, overly using of milk by products like paneer, cheese, have a balanced diet, both nutrition wise , you need to have carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Let it be a balanced diet. So this is one of them. I am taking care the hair. So if you have dandruff, that itself can cause cane and can cause dryness and rashes on the face and the back. So caring for your dandruff is very important using antidandruff shampoos, and using antidandruff lotions if the dandruff shampoo doesn’t help. Sometimes even the shampoo and the lotion may not use. At that point you need to consult a doctor and take medication. Maybe it is a fungal infection or maybe a skin condition like psoriasis. So taking care of all these 5 points can give you a good healthy skin.
