Police identify 3 people believed to be responsible for kidnapping Italian Volunteer Silvia Romano

Police have now identified three people who they believe are responsible for kidnapping Italian Volunteer Silvia Romano in Chakama, Kilifi County. Police have given out their identities and photographs and have offered a one million shillings reward for any information that could lead to their arrest. At the same time police cannot establish whether the armed kidnappers are members of the Alshabaab as the search and rescue mission enters the fourth day.
