Putin 'making a point' as seven killed in western city Lviv | Ukraine War

At least seven people, including three children, have been killed in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv by Russian airstrikes. It comes a day after two missiles killed more than 50 people and injured hundreds in Poltava. Military analyst Simon Diggins tells Sky News President Putin is "making a point", showing that Ukraine's counter-offensive in Kursk is not stalling his effort in east Ukraine and "he can attack throughout Ukraine".
