DAHI BAINGAN | Curd Brinjal recipe

Curd Brinjal (dahi baingan) is one of my favorite recipes. Brinjal is shallow fried and mixed with masala and curd. It can be served with roti, naan, ghee rice etc. The onion added in masala gives a crunchy effect which enhances the taste. You can adjust the spice level according to your taste. Curd used should be thick and full fat. Also it should be less sour. You can add a half tsp of sugar in the curd if you like. Thank you Shamly Lasith
