Today, food is more accessible than ever, yet our connection to it has grown increasingly tenuous. Supermarkets overflow with dazzling choices, delivery apps bring meals to our doors with the tap of a button, and eating is reduced to a mechanical routine. What once brought families together around a shared table and anchored cultural traditions has been replaced by silence and detachment. We find ourselves materially affluent but spiritually deprived. This co-creative documentary captures my experimental attempt to reconstruct human-food relationship through a participatory design that integrates various food practices.
