USE YOUR TONGUE CORRECTLY;SUNDAY FIRST SERVICE | MAKE JESUS FAMOUS

USE YOUR TONGUE CORRECTLY Sunday, 12th October 2025 “My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment. For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.” James 3:1–2 “If we set bits in the horses’ mouths to make them obey us, we can turn their whole bodies about.” James 3:3 (AMP) We can tell how mature you are—not by the gray hair or the beard—but by how you use your tongue, because your tongue designs your world. You must be intentional every time you open your mouth to speak; speak what you want to see. When God stepped onto the scene in Genesis 1, He said, “Let there be…” because what He found was chaos, confusion, and darkness. God has shown us a pattern: we can redesign our world by being intentional with our words. Don’t blame anyone—take responsibility by changing what you say. Death and life are not with God or the devil; they are with you, because God has given you the power to speak what you want to see (Proverbs 18:20–21). You can speak death or life, poverty or wealth. Don’t wait for the prophets—take responsibility by speaking over your life, the things you desire, until they become your reality. The Bible says in Revelation 12:11, “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony…” The blood of the Lamb testifies to what Jesus has done for you, and the word of your testimony declares what the Lord has accomplished in your life. The angels are waiting to hear you speak words aligned with God’s Word so they can move at your command. Make use of your tongue, for God primarily gave it to you for one purpose—to design the world you want to live in. Romans 10:9–10 The day you got born again, you believed in your heart and confessed with your mouth. That is a divine law established by God, and it applies to every area of life. The same way you confessed, “Jesus is Lord,” is the same way you must continually speak what you want to see. Your heart is the thermostat, and your tongue is the instrument that aligns everything you have set in your heart. As you keep speaking, the realities in your heart begin to manifest in the physical world. STAY BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED. WE LOVE YOU. PASTOR BEN OCHOLA Thank you for joining us this morning.
