Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Walk through - Ubar - Chapter 21 - "The Atlantis of the sands" Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is an action-adventure video game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 3. Released on November 2011, it is the sequel to Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and the third game in the Uncharted series.[1] The game follows Nathan Drake who, with his mentor Victor Sullivan, travels the world in search of the legendary lost city the Iram of the Pillars in the Rub' al Khali desert.[2] The plot draws from the archaeology days of T. E. Lawrence.[1] Drake's Deception was the last Uncharted game developed under writer and creative director Amy Hennig. Uncharted 3 was one of the best-reviewed games of 2011 with a score of 92 from review aggregate website Metacritic.[3] Reviewers praised its writing, voice acting, graphics, cinematic quality and story; criticism was directed at the lack of single-player unlockables, technical issues, and failure to live up to its more critically successful predecessor. The game shipped 3.8 million copies worldwide on launch day. A sequel, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, was released on May 10, 2016 for the PlayStation 4. A remastered version was released for the PlayStation 4 on October 7, 2015, as part of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection.
