Sen. McConnell addresses George Floyd protests: 'You can understand the outrage'

After the death of George Floyd while in custody of the Minneapolis police, protests, some violent, have raged on from coast to coast. When asked about the protests, and the reasons behind them: police brutality and systemic racism, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnel said that "you can understand the outrage."
