The WH Foundation CIC is pleased to announce our state of the art orphan village project in Pakistan. Children who do not have a main caregiver are most vulnerable in society especially in less economically developed countries such as Pakistan where the legislation around children's rights is not in par with child legislation in the UK. Such children are extremely vulnerable and are at risk of abuse, ill health, trafficking, labor exploitation, early death, and overall poor life outcomes. The Village which WH Foundation propose to build will consist of a large mosque, 10 homes, A school, a Medical Facility, and local shops. This all in one establishment will be the ideal place for children to flourish, development, grow, feel safe and look forward to a positive future with the support of their only surviving parent (if available) and/ or dedicated staff. Children who may have one surviving parent yet this parent struggles to provide care to the child will be able to live in the Village and have access to a homely environment and all the facilities up to the age of 18 years.
