Recipe Ingrediants: 1/2 cup oatmeal (grind to fine flour) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup almond milk 2 small sized bananas (or 1 large) 2 eggs Topping (optional): Icing sugar Maple syrup Directions: Grind 1/2 cup oatmeal in grinder Add eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, bananas and oatmeal flour in blender and blend together Pour mixture in waffle maker, and cook Sprinkle with icing sugar and maple syrup (or any toppings that you prefer)
