Why aren't more apes evolving into humans?

In this video I answer this question posed to me on social media. Why aren't more apes evolving into humans? This question is sometimes also asked in this way - If chimps evolved into humans, why are there still chimps? I try to address this question by explaining branch like evolution and phylogeny.
